For 12 muffins
Ingredients
280 g flour
2 eggs
100 g sugar
150 ml milk
80 g butter
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
100 g caramel pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a different bowl, mix milk, melted butter and the eggs.
Mix the 2 mixtures until totally combined. Add the caramel pieces.
Fill the moulds and put in the oven at 180°C for 15 min.
