Which caramels are used in this recipe?

Milk caramel, caramel-chocolate sauce with hazelnut taste.

Ingredients

80 g heavy cream
10 g flavoured milk caramel
10 g caramel-chocolate sauce hazelnut taste

Directions

Beat the cream with a whisk or in an electric beater until it begins to thicken.
Then add flavoured milk caramel and continue to beat until the cream is very stiff.
Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream on top of the hot chocolate.
Add simultaneously caramel-chocolate sauce.
