• 50g of sugar
• 550g of flour
• 100ml whole milk at room temperature
• 100g of soft butter
• 22g fresh baker's yeast
• 10g of salt
• 4 eggs
For the topping:
• 100g of dark chocolate
• 40g of butter
• 300g of icing sugar
• 50ml of water
• 50g of sugar
• 550g of flour

Preparation
Préparation
• Put the flour, yeast, sugar, eggs and milk in the bowl. Knead for 1 min at low speed, add salt and continue kneading for 1 min. Add little by little the butter and continue to knead during 5 min.
• Put in drying oven for 1h30 (35°C).
• Roll out the dough, cut out with a round cutter and make a hole in the center with a smaller cutter.
• Put back in the drying oven for 1 hour.
•Bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes
• Let cool on a rack.
• Cut the dounuts in 2 and fill them with caramel
For Chocolate Topping : :
• Melt the chocolate then add the butter.
• Dip donuts in it and sprinkle with caramel.
For White icing: :
Mix icing sugar and water, dip donuts in and sprinkle with caramel pieces
