Signature recipe

Christian Têtedoie has prepared a delicious signature recipe in partnership with the Nigay company to celebrate their 160th anniversary (1855 – 2015). By respecting the rules of the “Cuisinez Caramel” contest, the Chef demonstrates his talent by perfectly integrating Nigay’s caramel into his dish. Then, the dish was savored by the guests of the “all caramel” meal of the 160 years of Nigay at the racecourse of Feurs.
