Which caramels are used in this recipe?
Salted butter caramel
150 ml semi-skimmed milk
120 g flour
3 g baking powder
25 g sugar
20 g melted butter
1 pinch of salt
Salted butter caramel: as much as you want!
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add milk little by little, then eggs and melted butter. Mix well.
Heat some oil in a frying-pan.
Pour circles of batter in the frying-pan and brown on two sides.
Serve with a delicious salted butter caramel!
