Which caramels are used in this recipe?

Salted butter caramel or milk caramel


3 eggs
160 g sugar
80 g heavy cream
110 g flour
2 g baking powder
50 g butter
20 mL oil
60 g salted butter caramel or milk caramel


Preheat oven to 160°C.
Mix eggs and sugar.
Add cream, flour and baking powder.
Incorporate melted butter and oil.
Fill the moulds and put in the oven at 160°C for 30 min.
Then, let cool down at room temperature and garnish with salted butter caramel or milk caramel.
