70 g heavy cream
8 cL milk
1 espresso (coffee)
Ice cubes
Caramel with salted butter
Directions
Whip the cream and keep cold.
In a blender, mix ice cubes, the espresso, milk with salted butter caramel.
Pour in a glass and add the whipped cream. Spoon caramel with salted butter on top.
