Which caramels are used in this recipe?

Milk caramel, thickened and coffee flavoured aromatic caramel

Ingredients

70 g heavy cream
20 g milk caramel
10 g thickened and coffee flavoured aromatic caramel

Directions

Beat the cream with a whisk or in an electric beater until it begins to thicken.
Then add the milk caramel and continue to beat until the cream is very stiff.
Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream on top of your beverage. Add simultaneously thickened and coffee flavoured aromatic caramel.
